Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please call our customer service at 1800-naturenu (1800-6288736) to let us know. We will try our best to help you. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of original purchase. There are just a few things to remember:
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice and your signed delivery slip along with the product.
- The product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition. If the product has been used, the remaining content must be at least 75% of the original content by weight. Note: Opened bar soaps and lip care products are not returnable.
- Refund will be made to the same credit card the order was placed with. Note that shipping fees paid, if any, are not refunded.
- Please remember to include a daytime phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
- After receiving your return, please allow us 10-14 business days to process and refund your purchase.
