At this time, Naturenu ONLY delivers to Singapore residential and commercial addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Furthermore, if your delivery address is located inside a restricted zone, such as military camps, airport freight centre, Jurong Island, and Sentosa Island, then we will have to impose a S$10 delivery surcharge on your order. In the event there is a delivery surcharge, you will see it on your order total before you confirm your purchase. Please call or email our customer service personnel if you think there is an error.

For your security and peace of mind, Naturenu requests recipient’s ID and signature when attempting to make delivery for both Standard and Express shipments. Should the recipient be unreachable during the first delivery attempt, we will leave a note and reschedule a second delivery. Should the second delivery fail, the order will be returned to Naturenu and the amount of the order, less any shipping fees, will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive by 6:00 pm on the same business day (M-F, not including holidays) if they are placed before 12 noon. For orders placed after 12 noon, they will typically arrive by 6:00 pm the following business day, not including holidays.

Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 pm will arrive within 3 hours, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 pm, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive by 12 noon the following business day.

Express Shipping is not available for orders to Sentosa Island and other restricted zones.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
